Minnesota HA Jerand Paul French nailed

Jerand Paul French, 38, President of the Iron Range chapter of the Hells Angels is charged with kidnapping and assault. Cops said street cameras near the Grant Avenue clubhouse confirmed the group arriving with the kidnap victim.

Prospect Paul Anthony Debelak was arraigned on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and fifth-degree assault. He is a felon and is looking at serious time.
